What is the process of working with LandTech?
After defining your project requirements, our team will create a fee proposal for you. Once signed and approved by you, or your client, on-site testing is booked in for our Field Team. Data is collected and summarised in a Geotechnical Report which includes our recommendations.
How long does it take to get a Geotechnical Report?
We aim to get you a Geotechnical Report within 10-20 working days upon signed receipt of agreement.
Can LandTech provide Producer Statements?
Absolutely. We’d be happy to help produce whatever docuements are required in your Building Consent application.
